Nationwide Children’s Hospital Research Institute (Columbus, OH) (previously funded)

When this Center’s funding ended in FY 2015, researchers were developing strategies to detect immune responses that patients can develop when the mutations that cause Duchenne muscular dystrophy are corrected and is determining whether these immune responses may be involved in the success or failure of gene correction therapies.
